God is love. If this is the only thing you learn in life, it’ll be the thing
that counts. This is also entangled with the greatest commandment: ‘Love the
Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your
mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as
yourself.’
You’re more than a number. At a time when we are measured in countless ways,
it is critical to understand that any reductionist theory of people is
fundamentally flawed. I am in the business of reducing problems to numbers
and I believe applying such logic to people is poison.
Don’t believe the media. The world is full of lies.
